My stay at the Hanoi Center Silk Boutique Hotel & Travel was mostly wonderful, thanks to the attentive staff and prime location. It was conveniently located in the Old Quarter, close to many attractions. However, I did notice that the hotel is starting to show some age and the beds were quite firm, which might not be everyone's taste.
